Main Lodge
There is no single place at Boyne Highlands that’s more familiar – or more appealing – than our Main Lodge. Crafted in the style of a classic English country estate, our ivy-covered main lodge offers a wide range of accommodations, with rooming options to suit everyone – from business travelers to large groups.

Situated with a clear view of the Boyne Highlands slopes, the Main Lodge is home to some of our most popular amenities, with a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, and delicious dining and entertainment in the Main Dining Room and Slopeside Lounge.

Alpine Village
Crafted with the warmth and rustic charm of a north woods cabin, these two-, three- and four-bedroom condominiums are nestled slopeside near the North Peak Pass. Each unit is decorated with natural wood, ceramic tile flooring, and relaxed, comfortable furnishings – along with every contemporary amenity you need to make the most of your stay. Situated at the heart of the resort, Alpine Village units are just a short distance from the Main Lodge and golf courses – making them the perfect year-round destination.

Heather Highlands Inn
Whether you’re seeking an intimate getaway for two, or a central location to share an extended holiday with family and friends, the spacious Heather Highlands Inn offers accommodations to suit your needs – and your highest expectations. Rooming options range from beautifully appointed hotel rooms to multi-level condominium suites, and the Inn’s central location is a short stroll from the Main Lodge, ski slopes and the first hole of The Heather golf course.

After checking in, guests at the Inn have exclusive access to the indoor/outdoor swimming pool. And for the ultimate in relaxation, the lower level of the Inn is the home to The Spa at Boyne Highlands.

The Bartley House
From its native fieldstone and wood construction to its comfortable, traditional setting, The Bartley House is the perfect home base for your stay at Boyne Highlands. A longtime family favorite, this classic Michigan lodge is home to the largest hot tub in the Midwest.  The lodge is also ski-in/ski-out which makes it ideal for relaxing with friends and family.

Heather Highlands Townhouses
Crafted with family and friends in mind, our spacious Heather Highlands Townhouses offer efficient, multi-level living with plenty of room to spare. These townhouses provide a perfect blend of classic style and modern amenities, in roomy 3-4 bedroom layouts ranging from 2,000 to 2,600 square feet.

The Heather Highlands Townhouses are ideally arranged for visits with extended families or large groups, with kitchens and dining areas tailor-made for group meals and gatherings. Situated just across from The Moor golf course, these popular townhomes are just a short drive around the North Peak Pass from the Main Lodge – with easy access to resort amenities.

Ross Cottages
With their prime location adjacent to the Donald Ross Memorial golf course and the Arthur Hills golf course, our spacious Ross Cottages are a golfer’s dream come true. And given their close proximity to the Main Lodge and ski base, these fully equipped vacation homes are every bit as popular with our winter guests.

Designed for the needs of families and groups, each Ross Cottage has three bedrooms, a full kitchen, and 2 ½ baths, including a whirlpool-equipped master bath. Add the warmth and aesthetic appeal of a gas fireplace and the subtle touch of a Weber charcoal grill, and the Ross Cottages have everything you need to feel right at home.

Arthur Hills Townhomes
For golfers and vacationers who prefer a touch of tranquility, our Arthur Hills Townhomes offer an ideal balance of comfort and solitude.
