Superior Shores Resort is located on a beautiful sandy beach on Lake Superior. The resort is 5 miles west of Ontonagon, MI, located on Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and is the perfect choice for your next Michigan vacation. Our resort’s beach is the ideal spot for swimming and agate hunting. We have motel rooms and cottages. Our townhouse style cottages feature a full-size bed or a queen-size sofa sleeper on the first floor in the living area, and one room upstairs with a full-size bed and some units have a set of bunkbeds.

The Sunshine Motel & Cabins & Rustic Campground is located on many acres of wooded land, has access to beautiful Lake Superior and provides you with a Superior place to stay as you enjoy all the activities that Ontonagon, Michigan provides. We’ve got your ultimate snowmobiling getaway! You have access to over 1500 miles of groomed trails. We are located close to the trail so you can unload and take off right from our driveway. The Sunshine Motel offers you plenty of parking for trailers,heated garage is available for use if needed. And if you have a larger group, stay in one of our efficiency units for a home away from home. For those of you who like to ski, either downhill or cross – country, we are only a few miles from the Porcupine Mountain Ski Hill! The 640′ Vertical Drop is both challenging and exciting. Enjoy the splendor of the quiet wooded trails, and breathtaking sights of the Porkies from the 42Km of cross – country ski trails.
Two year-round rental homes in Silver City, Michigan, 1 mile and 5 miles the Porcupine Mountains Wilderness State Park. The 
Porcupine Lodge UP offers a home away from home with 6 fully furnished condos. Each condo sleeps 1 to 8 people and comes with two spacious bedrooms, one with a king bed, and the other two full-sized beds. Two of the condos are non-smoking. Our living rooms feature a queen-size sofa sleeper and two recliners for relaxing after a day of recreation. Entertainment includes free cable TV and a VCR/DVD player. Your own private telephone line is also available for use. Each condo has fully-equipped kitchen with appliances and a dining area. We also have a large lot for parking your vehicle and trailer, snowmobiles and ATVs. The Lodge is just off the beautifully groomed Trail 1, which makes our place a convenient place for snowmobilers to stay.
