Saturday 4pm – Yoga for Skiers demo with Michigan Cup divisional gold medalist and Certified Yoga Instructor, Mariah Frye
Sunday 2pm – Ski Walking Clinic with the godfather of nordic ski walking, Pete Edwards (he’ll bring the poles!)
Sunday 2pm – Mountain Bike Demo with Bob Smith of the Bicycle Shop! He’s bringing his big trailer full of bikes to try on our ski trails, so bring your helmet, shoes and pedals if you have them! He’ll supply a limited stock of helmets, shoes and pedals to demo as well.
