CLOSED FOR THE DAY
The county and emergency services are currently advising only essential travel. We will be closed for Monday, March 16. We plan to reopen March 17 with regular hours for a glorious powder day. In the meantime, please do not attempt to drive to the ski area and stay safe.

We are currently without power as a result of last night’s ice storm. As a result, the lifts will be closed today, March 16th.

After the storm really figures out where it is going, we will make a call and reopen sometime this week. Windy and snowing currently at the corner. 240 loop, Ridge, Pancake, Badlands and Green Loop get the fresh groom this morning. All trails open. 100% coverage. FROM Friends of Valley Spur >> Sunday the 15th of March and The Weather Sevice has predicted a Historic Snow Storm with high winds for the next couple of days. There will be no grooming until this storm is over. Once the storm is over we will assess the damages from falling trees to see if it warrants the time and effort it will need to accomplish opening trails. Please be safe and not go into the woods during these high winds. The lodge will be closed until further notice. Stay tuned to this Facebook page for further updates. #valleyspur #SkiMichigan
