USASA Huck Finn – January 5, 2013 – We lost our sunshine for this afternoon’s USASA Huck Finn competition in Tuck’s Terrain Park, but there was no lack of energy. Congrats to all of today’s Huck Finn competitors!

The “Dark Side” of South Peak opens tomorrow, which means the opening of 5 additional slopes: GG’s Ride, Bullet, Stagshead Bowl, Slot & Notch. Who will get first tracks?

Crystal Mountain – January 2, 2013
We are making a fresh layer of snow this morning and are getting ready to open 38 slopes – 90% of our skiable terrain! We have machine groomed slope conditions with 5 chairlifts and 2 magic carpets running today.

*Learn to Board Special $70
*Learn to Ski Special $60
Private Lesson (1.5 hours) $55
Private Lesson (2.5 hours) $90
Special Kids Private 1 hour (up to age 12) $40
NASTAR Race (2 runs) $6
NASTAR Clinic $12
*Learn to ski or board includes 2 hour beginner lesson, all day rental and beginner lift pass.
Beginner Group lesson is at 10am.
$5 off any Adult Private Lesson with lodging packages.  Must present lodging card at time of purchases.
NASTAR races Saturday 1pm and Sunday 11:30am
Our Kinder Country provides supervised fun for children as young as 2 1/2 years old. (Must be toilet trained.)  Half Day and Full Day packages available that can include ski lessons or indoor play at the Children’s Center.
KINDER PROGRAMS
24 hour advanced reservation are required for our Weekday Kinder Care Programs.  Kinder is not available on Christmas Day.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m. includes 2 lessons, lunch
